CONSTMACH's JS-1 mobile crushing and screening plant represents a significant advancement in processing medium-hardness materials including limestone, riverstone, and dolomite. This dual-chassis configuration combines sophisticated engineering with practical mobility, delivering consistent performance across diverse jobsite conditions.

The JS-1 mobile crusher stands out through its integrated approach to material processing. The first chassis houses a feeding hopper equipped with a vibrating feeder that channels material directly into the CJC-60 primary jaw crusher. This initial crushing stage handles maximum feed sizes up to 600 x 380 mm, making it suitable for various quarrying applications. A by-pass conveyor allows operators to extract soil and fines before the crushing process begins, improving overall efficiency and reducing unnecessary wear on crushing components. The feeding conveyor maintains steady material flow, while hydraulic legs provide stable positioning on uneven terrain. All control functions are centralized through an integrated power and control panel mounted on the wheeled mobile chassis.

The second chassis features the CSI 1210 secondary impact crusher, which transforms primary crushed material into precisely sized aggregates. This mobile crushing plant incorporates a three-deck vibrating screen that separates material into distinct fractions. A feedback conveyor returns oversized material from the screen back to the secondary impact crusher's hopper, creating a closed-circuit system that maximizes product quality. Fold-up stockpile conveyors simplify transport and allow rapid deployment at new locations. Like the primary unit, this chassis includes hydraulic legs for stability, its own power and control panel, and a dust removal system that maintains cleaner operating conditions.

The feeding height of 4.5 meters accommodates standard loading equipment without requiring specialized machinery.

Rapid deployment capabilities make this mobile crushing plant particularly valuable for contractors working multiple sites or projects with tight schedules. The user-friendly design allows quick assembly, and operators can bring the plant online in minimal time. When equipped with optional hydraulic opening mechanisms for the feeding hopper and stock conveyors, the system becomes fully operational without external equipment such as cranes or loaders. The complete system operates on 275 kW of total motor power, requiring a 550 kVA electric generator when grid power is unavailable.
