ABOUT CONSTMACH

Who We Are & What We Build

Constmach is a Turkish engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds concrete batching plants, crushing and screening systems, washing equipment and asphalt plants for the construction, mining and aggregate industries. From our headquarters and 30,000 m² production complex in Kemalpaşa, Izmir, a team of more than 240 engineers and professionals has delivered over 1,000 plants to customers in 85+ countries across six continents. With more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, we operate four factories and produce across five complete product families, from concrete batching plants to asphalt plants. Every machine is built under ISO 9001:2015 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management systems certified by TÜV SÜD, and carries CE marking in line with the relevant European Union directives. Because our concrete, crushing, washing and asphalt equipment is engineered and built in-house, a single Constmach team can take responsibility for a complete plant — from the first quotation through to commissioning on your site.

Concrete Batching Plants: Stationary, Mobile, Compact and Dry-Type

Concrete production is the core of our business, and we build a batching plant for every type of operation. Stationary concrete plants are designed for ready-mix companies and large, long-term projects that need continuous, high-volume output. Mobile concrete plants are mounted on a towable chassis so they can be transported, installed and put into production quickly, which suits road, dam and infrastructure projects that move from site to site. Compact concrete plants combine a small footprint with fast set-up for sites where space or output requirements are limited, while dry-type (dry-batch) plants are built for high outputs where final mixing takes place in the transit mixer. Whatever the configuration, each plant is engineered around a defined concrete recipe, aggregate size and target capacity so that it performs reliably under your real operating conditions.

Concrete Mixers, Cement Silos and Block Machines

The performance of a batching plant depends on its mixing unit, so we manufacture our own concrete mixers in four types — twin-shaft, single-shaft, planetary and pan — each suited to a different concrete type and output range. To store cement and other binders safely and under cover, we supply cement silos sized to the plant's capacity, and for producers who turn concrete into finished products we build concrete block making machines for items such as paving stones, kerbs and hollow blocks. Producing the plant and its key components in-house means the mixer, silo and control system are matched to one another rather than sourced from separate suppliers.

Crushing and Screening Plants

For quarries, mines and aggregate producers we build complete crushing and screening plants together with the individual machines that make them up. Our crusher range covers every stage of size reduction: jaw crushers for primary crushing of hard, abrasive rock; primary, secondary and tertiary impact crushers for medium-hard stone and shaping; and vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers for high-quality sand production and final shaping. These crushers are fed and supported by vibrating feeders that regulate material flow, vibrating screens that classify the product into the sizes you need, and belt conveyors that move material efficiently through the plant. Designed as a system, the line delivers consistent gradation and throughput rather than the bottlenecks that appear when mismatched machines are combined.

Mobile Crushing Plants

When a producer needs to relocate often or start production with minimal civil work, our mobile crushing plants provide a complete, trailer-mounted processing line that can be moved between sites. The range includes mobile hard stone crushers for the toughest rock, mobile jaw-and-impact crushers that combine primary and secondary crushing on a single chassis, mobile sand making plants for producing fine aggregate, and mobile limestone crushers for softer materials. Each unit arrives ready to operate, which shortens installation time and lets contractors follow the work from one project to the next.

Gravel and Sand Washing Systems

Turning raw material into clean, specification-grade sand and gravel requires effective washing and dewatering, and our gravel washing systems are built for exactly that. Screw sand washers remove silt and clay from aggregate; dewatering screens and hydrocyclones recover fine sand that would otherwise be lost and reduce the moisture content of the finished product; and wheel (bucket) washers handle high-capacity washing with low water and power consumption. For mobile operations, our mobile screening-and-washing plants combine these functions in a single transportable unit, helping producers meet quality standards while controlling water use.

Asphalt Plants and Turnkey Installations

Constmach also manufactures asphalt plants for road construction and maintenance contractors, completing our position as a single source for the full chain of construction-materials production. Because batching, crushing, washing and asphalt equipment are all designed in-house, we can deliver a coordinated, turnkey installation — for example a quarry that feeds a crushing-and-screening plant, a washing system and a batching plant on one site — with matched feed and conveying capacities, a common control approach and one engineering team responsible for the whole installation.

Engineering, Certification and Quality Control

Behind every Constmach machine is an in-house engineering organisation of more than 240 engineers and professionals working across design, production, quality and field service. Manufacturing takes place in four factories within a 30,000 m² production area, where steel fabrication, machining, welding, painting and assembly are all carried out under one quality system rather than outsourced. Our production is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management by TÜV SÜD, and our products carry the CE mark in line with the relevant European Union directives. Before any plant is released for shipment it passes a final testing procedure in which the mechanical, electrical and control systems are checked and the results documented, so that what arrives at your site is exactly what was specified and approved.

From Inquiry to Commissioning

We keep the buying process transparent and trackable through four clear stages. It begins with inquiry and analysis, where our engineers study your required capacity, layout and application and prepare a product recommendation with a preliminary quotation. This is followed by a detailed quote that fixes the technical specification, equipment list, delivery time and payment plan. Production and testing then take place at our factory, documented with photographs at each stage, and the process concludes with on-site installation, initial production training and warranty handover carried out by our own engineering team. For standard products, delivery typically takes 45 to 90 days, while custom-engineered projects take 90 to 150 days; on-site installation generally takes between 7 and 30 days, depending on the size of the plant.

Warranty, Spare Parts and Export Support

A production plant is a long-term investment, and our relationship with you does not end at delivery. Every machine is covered by a 12-month full warranty against manufacturing defects, which can be extended up to 36 months with optional service packages, and we supply spare parts for the entire service life of the equipment. Having delivered 1,000+ plants to 85+ countries across six continents, we routinely handle the export documentation, shipping and on-site commissioning that cross-border plant projects require, and we support customers in a wide range of climates and regulatory environments. Whether you are a first-time investor or an established producer expanding capacity, Constmach offers the engineering depth, certified quality and long-term support to make your concrete or aggregate operation reliable and profitable. To discuss your project, request a quotation or arrange a factory visit, our team is ready to help.
