At CONSTMACH, we manufacture and deliver heavy industrial machinery such as stone crushing plants, crushers, and concrete batching plants. Due to the nature of our products—custom-built, project-based, and made-to-order—we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This Return & Refund Policy explains our approach to cancellations, prepayments, warranty, and technical support.
All machinery manufactured and sold by CONSTMACH is either:
Produced specifically for the customer’s project, or
Delivered from stock with project-specific configuration
For these reasons, returns are not possible once production has started, the order is confirmed, or the product has been shipped.
If the customer has made a prepayment (deposit) and production has not yet started, the deposit may be refunded.
If production has already started, the deposit is non-refundable due to material allocation, labor, and production planning costs.
Even when machinery is delivered from stock, it is configured and prepared according to the customer’s project needs. Therefore, the same no-return policy applies.
All CONSTMACH machinery is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty includes:
Free technical support
Replacement of defective parts
Remote support and onsite service when required
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper operation, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
If malfunction or damage occurs due to customer error or improper operation:
CONSTMACH provides technical support,
But repairs and parts are not covered by warranty.
If damage occurs during shipping:
A damage report must be issued by the carrier at the time of delivery.
The customer must take photos/videos and notify CONSTMACH immediately.
Claims can only be processed with a valid transport damage report.
Because machines are custom manufactured and project-specific:
No refunds are provided after production begins or after delivery.
Only warranty-covered technical solutions are offered.
