Description

CONSTMACH's JCV-3 represents a sophisticated solution for operations demanding maximum versatility in crushing applications. This triple-chassis mobile crushing plant combines proven jaw crushing technology with cone and vertical shaft impact crushing capabilities, delivering a comprehensive system that handles even the most challenging materials while producing premium-quality aggregates.

The mobile crusher is engineered specifically for processing extremely hard rock formations including granite and basalt. What sets this mobile crushing plant apart is its ability to generate high volumes of fine material with excellent cubical characteristics, making it ideal for projects requiring specific aggregate shapes for asphalt production or concrete manufacturing.

Built on three independent wheeled chassis, the JCV-3 integrates the robust JC-3 mobile jaw crusher with the advanced V-90 sand making plant. This configuration creates a complete crushing circuit capable of processing 250 to 300 tons per hour, depending on material hardness. The system accepts feed sizes up to 1,100 x 850 mm and produces five distinct product fractions simultaneously.

The first chassis houses a CJC-110 primary jaw crusher with a vibrating feeder and feeding hopper. A bypass conveyor extracts soil and unwanted fines before material reaches the primary crusher. The chassis includes hydraulic stabilizer legs for quick setup and features an integrated dust suppression system. Operators control this stage through a PLC-based automation system with remote functionality.

On the second chassis, a Metso HP300 cone crusher (or equivalent) handles secondary reduction. Material flows from the jaw crusher into the cone crusher's feeding hopper, then passes through a two-deck vibrating screen. A feedback conveyor returns oversized material to the cone crusher for additional processing. Fold-up stockpile conveyors facilitate efficient material handling, while a dedicated conveyor transfers sized material to the third chassis. This middle unit can operate with an optional diesel generator, providing power independence at remote sites.

The third chassis contains a VSI-900-CR vertical shaft impact crusher with a closed rotor design. This VSI transforms the already crushed material into premium sand and aggregates with superior shape characteristics. A three-deck vibrating screen separates the final products, with a feedback system returning material requiring additional shaping. Multiple stockpile conveyors organize the finished products for loading and transport.

Each chassis operates independently yet integrates seamlessly through CONSTMACH's control architecture. The entire mobile crushing plant runs from a single tablet controller, utilizing SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER components for reliable performance. This centralized control eliminates the complexity typically associated with multi-stage crushing operations.

Transportation between job sites presents no challenges, as all three chassis conform to international road transport regulations. Each chassis rolls on wheels and deploys hydraulic legs for operational stability. The first chassis measures 13 x 3.4 x 4.5 meters, the second extends to 20 x 4.4 x 4.5 meters, and the third reaches 20.8 x 4.85 x 4.5 meters. Combined weight totals 145 tons.

Setup time is remarkably short compared to traditional crushing plants. Operators can position the chassis, extend the hydraulic legs, and begin production within hours rather than days. Optional hydraulic opening mechanisms on the feeding hopper and stock conveyors further reduce setup requirements, potentially eliminating the need for cranes or loaders during commissioning.

The plant draws 905 kW total motor power and requires a 1500 kVA generator when operating without grid connection. Dust suppression systems on each chassis maintain environmental compliance and protect equipment from premature wear. These systems integrate with the overall automation, adjusting intensity based on operating conditions.
