V-70 Mobile Sand Making Plant

CONSTMACH V-70 Mobile Crushing and Screening plant is also called as MOBILE SAND MAKING MACHINE is a perfect solution for production of especially fine material that is also known as sand which has between 0-5 mm granul size with excellent cubic shape. V-70 is the result of advanced design and engineering, premium quality components with long life and excellent craftsmanship.

In addition to the materials which is provided by precrushing in primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to feed the system directly with natural stone which is not bigger than 35 mm.

V-70 Mobile Sand Making Plant

All kinds of materials with different hardness levels such as granite, basalt, dolomite, gabbro, limestone etc can be processed by V-70 with satisfying results.

Production capacity of V-70 mobile sand making machine is 100 tph according to hardness level of the material to be crushed. In addition to 0-5 mm sand, it is possible to get up to 3 different fractions at the same time.

V-70 Mobile Sand Making Plant is the combination of:

V-70 Mobile Sand Making Plant
  • 10 m³ Feeding Hopper
  • VSI 700 CR Closed Rotor Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
  • Feeding Conveyors
  • Vibrating Screen with 3 decks
  • Feedback Conveyor
  • Stockpile Conveyors
  • Mobile chassis with hydraulic legs
  • Automation System with PLC and remote controller
  • Dust Removing System
  • Electric Generator Set (Optional)

In case of necessity, it is possible to locate a diesel electric generator set to the chassis of the plant.

V-70 is a user friendly system which offers easy mount/assemble features to its users. The system can be put into operation in only few hours after reaching the jobsite. In case of request, feeding hopper covers and stockpile conveyors can be equipped with hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case whole system can be taken to working position without any external equipment.

V-70 Mobile Sand Making Plant

V-70 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC. V-70 is operated by just a tablet controller.

Overall dimensions of the plant are specified as per international road transport regulations and the plant can be moved by only one tractor with king-pim connection easily between different jobsites.

FAQ

The CONSTMACH V-70 is a mobile sand making plant that uses a vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher as its final shaping stage. The sections below cover the materials it processes, the products it makes, the industries it serves, how it compares with tertiary impact plants, and how it integrates into a wider plant.

Which materials can be processed

The V-70 processes pre-crushed stone of varying hardness. CONSTMACH lists suitable feed materials as:

  • Granite
  • Basalt
  • Dolomite
  • Gabbro
  • Limestone

Feed is normally material that has passed through earlier crushing stages, with a maximum feeding size of 35 mm.

What products it makes

The plant produces manufactured sand and well-shaped fine aggregate. With its three-deck vibrating screen it can deliver a 0-5 mm sand fraction together with up to three sized fractions at the same time. The VSI action is used specifically to obtain a cubical particle shape in the fine product.

Which industries use it

The V-70 is applied where manufactured sand and shaped fine aggregate are required, including:

  • Ready-mixed concrete production
  • Asphalt and road base supply
  • Aggregate quarrying and processing

V series VSI versus T series tertiary impact: when to choose which

The V series uses a vertical shaft impactor that accelerates material against anvils or a rock bed, while the T series uses a horizontal-shaft tertiary impact crusher that reduces material against breaker plates and accepts a larger feed (up to 150 mm). VSI plants such as the V-70 are commonly preferred where feed is highly abrasive and fine shaping is the priority. The choice depends on feed abrasiveness, available feed size, and the required gradation.

Wear parts and maintenance

As a vertical shaft impactor, the V-70 has consumable wear parts associated with the rotor and chamber. Typical considerations include:

  • Rotor wear components such as wear tips and distributor parts
  • Anvils or wear plates / rock-shelf lining depending on chamber configuration
  • Feeder and screen media
  • Conveyor belts

Wear rates depend on the hardness and abrasiveness of the processed material, and rotor and chamber wear parts are inspected as part of routine operation.

Comparison to alternative configurations

Compared with a stationary VSI installation, the mobile V-70 reduces site preparation and allows relocation. Compared with a horizontal-shaft impact crusher in the finishing role, the VSI generally provides stronger particle shaping and is associated with more abrasive feed, while a tertiary impact crusher accepts larger feed and is applied to medium and lower-abrasion materials.

Plant integration

The V-70 carries its hopper, crusher, screen and conveyors on a single chassis and runs as a sand making stage downstream of primary and secondary crushing. Oversize material is returned to the crusher by the feedback conveyor, and sized products are discharged by the stockpile conveyors.
