Description

The CONSTMACH STATIONARY 240 represents a sophisticated approach to high-volume concrete production, designed specifically for projects demanding exceptional output capacity. This system essentially combines two independent 120 m³/h concrete plants operating simultaneously on the same installation site, creating a total production capacity of 240 m³/h. What makes this configuration particularly valuable is the presence of two separate 3 m³ capacity twin shaft mixers, each operating independently with its own discharging bucket system.

This dual-mixer arrangement addresses one of the most common bottlenecks in concrete production: waiting time. While conventional single-mixer plants can only serve one truck mixer at a time, the STATIONARY 240 allows simultaneous loading of two different vehicles. The practical benefit extends beyond just speed. One mixer can handle standard ready-mix concrete production while the other focuses on specialized applications such as precast concrete or concrete block manufacturing. This flexibility makes the system ideal for contractors managing multiple project types or clients requiring different concrete specifications within the same operational timeframe.

The plant's aggregate handling system features two sets of 4 x 40 m³ hoppers, providing substantial storage for various aggregate fractions. Each production line includes its own 4.5 m³ weighing hopper and dedicated 30-meter transfer conveyor measuring 1,200 mm in width. To ensure continuous operation, two stand-by hoppers of 4.5 m³ capacity are integrated into the system. For sites with space constraints, CONSTMACH offers aggregate pre-feeding systems as an alternative to traditional loading ramps. This option eliminates the need for loaders to access elevated ramps, reducing operational complexity and site preparation requirements. Where space is particularly limited, skip hoist systems can replace belt conveyors for aggregate transfer.

Each twin shaft mixer in the STATIONARY 240 delivers 3 m³ of wet concrete per batch, engineered for thorough material blending and consistent output quality. The weighing systems are precisely calibrated across both production lines: cement weighing hoppers handle 1,800 kg per batch, water systems manage 1,000 liters, and additive hoppers accommodate 50 liters. This precision ensures mix design accuracy remains consistent across both mixers, whether producing identical batches or entirely different concrete specifications.

Cement storage flexibility is a notable feature, with silo options ranging from 100 to 500 tonnes depending on project scale and delivery logistics. For operations receiving bagged cement, the system includes big bag opening and silo charging mechanisms that streamline the filling process without requiring additional equipment. The plant's 1,200-liter air compressor, powered by a 15 kW motor, maintains pneumatic systems across both production lines.

The electrical infrastructure requires a 600 kVA generator capacity to support the plant's total 420 kW motor power. With a combined weight of 116 tonnes excluding cement silos, the system requires approximately 2,000 m² of operational space. The automation package incorporates SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER electronic components controlled through a PLC-based system. The software interface provides operators with comprehensive control over both production lines, allowing independent or coordinated operation depending on production demands.

Large-scale ready-mix concrete operations benefit most from the STATIONARY 240's capabilities. The ability to maintain two separate production streams reduces vehicle waiting times, increases daily output, and provides operational redundancy. If one mixer requires maintenance, the second continues production, minimizing downtime impact. This redundancy factor, combined with the system's overall capacity, makes it particularly suitable for infrastructure projects, commercial developments, or any application where concrete demand consistently exceeds what single-mixer plants can deliver efficiently.
