What sets this system apart is its ability to deliver 100 cubic meters per hour while maintaining the mobility and quick deployment advantages that modern construction sites require.

Transportation and setup logistics often create bottlenecks in construction projects, but the MOBILE 100 eliminates these concerns through intelligent engineering. The entire production system, including the cement silo, is integrated onto a single wheeled mobile chassis. This design approach means the plant arrives at the jobsite as a complete unit, measuring 16.5 meters in length, 2.8 meters in width, and 4.3 meters in height during transport. These dimensions comply with international road transport regulations, allowing unrestricted movement between locations without the need for special permits or escort vehicles. The 28-ton total weight is distributed efficiently across the chassis, ensuring safe transport while maintaining structural integrity.

Site preparation requirements have been minimized to an almost negligible level. Unlike traditional stationary plants that demand extensive foundation work and weeks of preparation, the MOBILE 100 needs only a flat, load-bearing surface. The ground must be capable of supporting the plant's operational weight, but there's no need for concrete foundations, anchor bolts, or complex leveling procedures. This simplicity translates directly into cost savings and faster project mobilization. The integrated cement silo provides 33 tons of storage capacity, sufficient for continuous operation in most scenarios. When projects demand extended autonomy or higher storage volumes, external cement silos ranging from 50 to 500 tons can be connected. These external silos come equipped with full steel leg structures, eliminating the traditional requirement for concrete support columns and further reducing site preparation work.

The heart of the MOBILE 100 is its twin-shaft mixer with 2 cubic meters of wet concrete volume. Twin-shaft technology ensures superior mixing quality through intensive material interaction, producing homogeneous concrete with consistent properties batch after batch. The mixing process is both thorough and rapid, supporting the plant's 100 cubic meter hourly production capacity. This mixer type excels at handling various concrete types, from standard mixes to specialized formulations requiring precise consistency.

Aggregate handling on the MOBILE 100 demonstrates practical engineering solutions. Four compartments, each offering 10 cubic meters of storage, provide adequate material separation and capacity. The 2 cubic meter aggregate weighing hopper ensures precise dosing, while the 1,000 mm wide by 12,000 mm long aggregate transfer conveyor moves materials efficiently to the mixing unit. An optional mobile aggregate pre-feeding conveyor system can be deployed, completely removing the need to construct loading ramps. This feature becomes particularly valuable on sites where ground conditions or space constraints make ramp construction problematic or expensive.

Concrete production accuracy depends on precise measurement of all components. The MOBILE 100 incorporates dedicated weighing systems for each material: 1,200 kilograms for cement, 800 liters for water, and 30 liters for chemical additives. These capacities are carefully matched to the mixer volume and production cycle, ensuring optimal batch consistency. The 500-liter air compressor with 7.5 kW power supply maintains pneumatic system pressure, operating control valves and material gates with reliability.

Control system sophistication separates modern concrete plants from older generations, and the MOBILE 100 delivers advanced automation. The full automatic operation utilizes SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER electronic components paired with a powerful PLC system. The software interface balances sophisticated functionality with user accessibility, allowing operators to monitor production parameters, adjust mix designs, and track material consumption in real time. Power requirements are straightforward: 125 kW total motor power with a recommended 200 kVA generator capacity.
