Constmach has signed a sales agreement for a single-chassis JS-2 mobile crushing and screening plant with a customer that ranks among the largest construction material suppliers in Somaliland. Manufacturing of the plant is due to begin in the coming days. The JS-2 brings together a C-90 jaw crusher, a DMK-02 secondary impact crusher, a CVS-1850 vibrating screen, a feeding hopper and conveyors on a single mobile chassis.

A Complete Crushing Line on One Chassis

The single-chassis design is the defining feature of the JS-2, combining primary crushing, secondary crushing and screening into one transportable unit. For a major supplier in Somaliland, this integrated layout simplifies transport, installation and relocation, allowing the plant to follow the work as quarrying and project sites change. A complete line on one chassis also reduces the site preparation needed before production can begin.

Primary Crushing With the C-90 Jaw

The C-90 jaw crusher handles the primary stage, reducing large feed material to a manageable size for further processing. Jaw crushers are prized for their ability to take coarse, hard rock and deliver high throughput with simple, robust mechanics. As the first stage in the JS-2 circuit, the C-90 sets the pace for the whole line, ensuring a steady, well-sized feed to the secondary crusher behind it.

Shaping Output With the DMK-02 Impactor

Following the jaw, the DMK-02 secondary impact crusher refines the material and improves particle shape. Impact crushers excel at producing cubical, well-graded aggregate suited to concrete and road-building applications. For the Somaliland supplier serving the construction sector, this secondary stage is key to delivering products that meet the quality standards demanded on infrastructure and building projects across the region.

Accurate Sizing With the CVS-1850 Screen

The CVS-1850 vibrating screen separates the crushed material into precise size fractions, allowing the operator to produce several saleable products from a single feed. Accurate screening is what turns crushed stone into marketable aggregate, and the integrated screen ensures each fraction meets specification. Together with the feeding hopper and conveyors, it completes a balanced circuit that moves material smoothly from feed to finished stockpile.

Mobility for a Growing Market

As a mobile plant, the JS-2 can be redeployed wherever demand arises, an important advantage in a developing construction market. The supplier can position the plant close to projects, cutting haulage costs and improving responsiveness. Quick setup and straightforward relocation mean the operator spends more time producing aggregate and less time mobilising equipment between sites.

Strengthening Constmach in Somaliland

This agreement marks an important step for Constmach in the Horn of Africa and reflects the trust placed in the company by one of Somaliland's leading material suppliers. With manufacturing about to begin, the customer can look forward to a complete, mobile crushing and screening solution built to support its growth for years to come.
