The line is built around a CTC-1210 tertiary impact crusher, which refines material into precisely shaped final products. Tertiary impact crushing is highly effective at improving particle shape and producing the fine, cubical fractions valued in quality concrete and asphalt, giving the customer the ability to supply premium aggregate to the market.

Screening and Washing for Clean Output

A CVS-2060/3 vibrating screen classifies the crushed material into precise size fractions, while a wheel washer and two screw washers clean the aggregate by removing clay, silt and dust. This combination of accurate screening and thorough washing ensures the finished sand and aggregate are both well graded and clean, meeting the standards required for durable concrete.

Integrated Material Handling
