Constmach has shipped its Mobile 60 mobile concrete batching plant to a customer in Serbia, set to become the company's third working plant in the country. The unit will be installed on site by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, underlining the steady and growing demand for Constmach's reliable, relocatable concrete production equipment across the Serbian construction market.

Mobile Production for Serbian Sites

The Mobile 60 is designed for fast deployment and easy relocation, allowing the operator to bring mid-range production capacity to wherever it is needed. For Serbian contractors working across multiple sites or facing changing project schedules, this mobility is a clear advantage. The plant can be set up with limited site preparation, helping the customer keep concrete supply close to active work and adapt quickly as demands shift.

Reliable Single-Shaft Mixing

At the core of the plant is a 1500/1000 litre CSS-1 single-shaft mixer, valued for its robust, dependable and uniform mixing action. Single-shaft mixers handle a wide range of concrete recipes efficiently and produce consistent, homogeneous batches. This gives the Serbian customer confidence that the plant will deliver reliable concrete quality, batch after batch, on the construction projects it will serve.

Integrated Cement Storage

The plant is equipped with a single 30-tonne capacity internal type cement silo, providing convenient on-site storage in a compact, integrated layout. The internal silo design keeps the footprint tidy and simplifies installation, while the capacity supports continuous production matched to the plant's output. This ensures binder remains readily available through the working day for smooth, uninterrupted batching.

Supervised Installation

Constmach supervisors will carry out the installation, overseeing assembly, calibration and trial production before the plant enters service. This supervised commissioning ensures every system is set up correctly and that the operating team is confident running the equipment. Professional start-up support reduces the risk of early problems and helps the customer reach full production quickly and safely.

Dependable, Long-Term Performance

Constmach builds the Mobile 60 for years of demanding service, combining robust construction with straightforward operation. The plant is designed to keep producing consistent concrete through long working shifts, with components that are easy to reach for routine maintenance. For the Serbian customer, this durability means dependable output and a sound long-term return on the investment, backed by attentive after-sales support.

Building Constmach's Presence in Serbia

As the third Constmach plant to operate in Serbia, this Mobile 60 marks another step in the company's expansion in the country. By combining dependable, mobile equipment with hands-on installation and attentive after-sales support, Constmach keeps earning the trust of Serbian contractors. The Mobile 60 adds flexible, reliable production capacity to the customer's operation and further strengthens Constmach's footprint in the market.
