Constmach Mobile 100 Mobile Concrete Plant Shipped to Serbia

Constmach has shipped its Mobile 100 mobile concrete plant to a customer in Serbia, reinforcing the company's expanding presence across Central and Southeastern Europe. The plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, with further news on the installation phases to follow. This high-capacity plant is well matched to the demands of Serbia's active construction market.
High-Capacity Mobile Production
The Mobile 100 pairs substantial output with the flexibility of a mobile, quickly installed plant, making it ideal for larger projects across Serbia. Its transportable configuration allows the operator to set up with limited site preparation and relocate the plant as work moves between sites. This combination of capacity and mobility gives Serbian contractors the agility to meet demanding production schedules.
Powerful Twin-Shaft Mixing
At the core of the plant is a 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer, capable of producing large, homogeneous batches through an intensive mixing action. Twin-shaft mixers are valued for their speed and the consistency they bring to high-volume concrete production. This ensures the customer in Serbia can deliver uniform, high-quality concrete batch after batch, even under heavy workloads.
Extensive Cement Storage
The plant is equipped with two sets of 100-tonne capacity bolted-type external cement silos, providing extensive on-site storage for continuous, high-volume production. This generous capacity allows the operator to sustain output through busy periods without frequent cement deliveries. The external bolted silos are straightforward to transport and assemble, supporting the plant's mobile nature.
Integrated Internal Silo
In addition to the external silos, the plant includes a 30-tonne capacity internal type cement silo, offering further on-board storage. This integrated silo adds flexibility to cement management and supports uninterrupted production by keeping additional binder readily available. It can also hold a second cement type, allowing the operator to switch between binders as different mix designs require. Together with the external silos, it ensures the Mobile 100 has a robust and well-balanced cement supply.
Efficient Aggregate Prefeeding
A prefeeding system is included to keep aggregate moving smoothly toward the plant, supporting the high throughput the Mobile 100 is designed to deliver. By staging aggregate efficiently, the system helps maintain a steady production flow and reduces the risk of interruptions. This is particularly valuable on the large projects typical of the Serbian market.
Strengthening Constmach in Serbia
This shipment reflects Constmach's growing presence in Serbia and its commitment to delivering dependable, high-capacity plants to the region. As installation gets under way, the company looks forward to sharing further news from the project. The Mobile 100 delivery demonstrates the strong appeal of Constmach's mobile production solutions in Southeastern Europe.
