Constmach Mobile 100 Concrete Plant Shipped to Slovakia

Constmach has shipped its Mobile 100 mobile concrete batching plant to a customer in Slovakia — the company's second plant for the Slovak market. Combining high output with full mobility, the Mobile 100 gives the customer a powerful, flexible solution for on-site concrete production across demanding projects.
A Second Plant for Slovakia
Supplying a second plant to the same market is a strong sign of customer confidence. It reflects the reliability and production quality demonstrated by Constmach equipment and the value of dependable after-sales support. As the relationship grows, the customer benefits from familiar technology, straightforward training and consistent service, all of which reduce risk on each new investment.
High-Capacity Twin-Shaft Mixing
The plant is built around a 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer, delivering fast, homogeneous mixing and consistent concrete quality at high output. The twin-shaft design is valued for its intensive mixing action and durability, ensuring the plant produces concrete to specification batch after batch, even under continuous operation on busy European construction sites.
Ample Cement Storage
Cement supply is handled by two bolted-type cement silos of 75 tonnes each, providing substantial on-site storage for uninterrupted production. Generous silo capacity allows the operator to keep the plant running through long shifts and high-demand periods without frequent deliveries, supporting smooth and efficient operation across large pours and tight schedules.
Mobility With Full Capability
As a mobile plant, the Mobile 100 combines the productivity of a full batching plant with the convenience of a transportable system. It can be installed comparatively quickly and relocated as projects evolve, giving the customer the flexibility to bring concrete production directly to the work. This adaptability is a key reason mobile plants are increasingly popular in competitive markets.
Turnkey Delivery and Support
The plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors, who will complete assembly, trial production and operator training so the customer can begin production with confidence. Constmach manages each project end to end, from manufacturing and shipment through to start-up and ongoing support. The company looks forward to sharing the installation phases of this second Mobile 100 in Slovakia.
On-Site Production for Demanding Schedules
For a second plant in Slovakia, the Mobile 100's ability to produce concrete directly on site is a decisive advantage. Tight construction schedules leave little room for delays in ready-mix delivery, and on-site batching gives the customer full control over supply, quality and timing. The high-capacity twin-shaft mixer and generous cement storage allow sustained production through busy periods, while the plant's mobility means it can be moved to the next project when the current one is complete. This flexibility helps the customer make the most of their investment across a varied workload.
