Constmach JCV-2 Mobile Crushing Plant Commissioned in Cameroon

Constmach has taken its JCV-2 mobile crushing plant into operation for a customer in Cameroon — the company's second crushing plant in the country. Built on twin movable chassis, the JCV-2 brings a complete, multi-stage hard-stone crushing line to a fully mobile platform, ready to produce high-quality aggregate on site.

A Complete Multi-Stage Crushing Line

The JCV-2 combines several crushing stages into one coordinated, transportable system. The line is built around a primary jaw crusher, a Metso HP 200 cone crusher and a VSI vertical shaft impact crusher, supported by a CVS 1850 vibrating screen. Together these units take raw, hard stone through primary, secondary and final shaping stages, producing well-graded, cubical aggregate suitable for demanding concrete and construction applications.

Each stage of the plant uses robust, recognised equipment. The CJC-90 jaw crusher provides strong primary reduction, while the Metso HP 200 cone crusher delivers reliable secondary crushing. The VSI crusher refines particle shape for premium output, and the vibrating screen classifies the material into precise fractions.
