Constmach Stationary 60 Concrete Batching Plant Shipped to Hungary

Constmach has shipped its 60 m³/h Stationary 60 concrete batching plant to a customer in Hungary, reinforcing the company's presence in Central Europe. The plant is built around a 1.500/1.000 CTS-1 single-shaft mixer and is equipped with two 60-tonne cement silos. It will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, with further updates to follow during the installation phase.
A Stationary Plant for Steady Output
As a fixed installation, the Stationary 60 is designed for sites with consistent, ongoing concrete demand. A permanent setup allows the operator to optimise the layout for efficient material flow and continuous production. For the Hungarian customer, this stationary configuration offers a dependable base for supplying ready-mixed concrete to construction and infrastructure work in the region.
60 m³/h Production Capacity
With a rated capacity of 60 m³/h, the plant is well matched to small and medium-sized projects that require a steady, reliable supply of concrete. This output gives the operator the ability to meet daily demand without over-investing in unnecessary capacity. It makes the Stationary 60 a practical and cost-effective choice for a wide range of construction applications.
Efficient Single-Shaft Mixing
At the heart of the plant is a 1.500/1.000 CTS-1 single-shaft mixer, a proven and efficient mixing solution. Single-shaft mixers provide thorough, reliable mixing while keeping operation and maintenance straightforward. This mixer ensures the Hungarian customer can produce homogeneous, good-quality concrete suited to structural, paving, and general building work.
Ample Cement Storage
The plant is supported by two 60-tonne cement silos, giving a combined 120 tonnes of on-site storage. This generous capacity keeps production running through busy periods and reduces the frequency of cement deliveries. With two separate silos, the operator can also hold more than one cement type at a time, adding flexibility when different mix designs are required. A dependable, well-stocked cement supply helps the operator maintain a smooth, uninterrupted workflow throughout the working day and avoid delays caused by waiting on fresh deliveries.
Installation by Constmach Supervisors
The plant will be installed by Constmach supervisors, ensuring it is assembled and commissioned correctly from the outset. On-site supervision by experienced personnel helps the customer reach reliable performance quickly and provides valuable guidance during start-up. Constmach will continue to share news as the Stationary 60 progresses through its installation phase in Hungary.
Strengthening Constmach in Central Europe
This shipment reflects Constmach's ongoing growth across Central Europe. By delivering well-built, dependable plants backed by hands-on installation and responsive after-sales support, the company aims to build lasting relationships with customers in the region. Constmach looks forward to a successful partnership as the Stationary 60 enters operation in Hungary.
