Constmach Compact 30 Concrete Plant Commissioned in Hungary

Constmach has installed and commissioned its Compact 30, a 30 m³/h full automatic compact concrete plant, for a customer in Hungary. The plant is equipped with a 4 x 6 m³ aggregate hopper, a 750/500 pan mixer and a 50-tonne cement stock silo. Constmach assembly staff carried out the installation, completed trial production and trained the customer's operator to run the plant properly, leaving it fully ready for service.
Compact Production for Hungarian Sites
The Compact 30 brings the essentials of a batching plant together in a space-saving unit that can be installed quickly. For the Hungarian market, where projects often require efficient use of space and rapid setup, this compact design is a clear advantage. The operator can establish production with minimal site preparation, making the plant well suited to both urban work and constrained sites common across Central Europe.
Quality Pan Mixing
At the heart of the plant is a 750/500 pan mixer, known for its thorough, uniform mixing action. Pan mixers are especially effective for high-quality and precast concrete, ensuring each batch is homogeneous and consistent. This gives the customer in Hungary confidence that the Compact 30 will meet the quality standards expected on European construction and precast projects, batch after batch.
Ample Aggregate Storage
The plant features a 4 x 6 m³ aggregate hopper, providing 24 m³ of total storage across four compartments. Separate bins allow the operator to keep different aggregate fractions on hand and feed them precisely into each mix. This generous, well-organised capacity supports continuous batching and gives the customer the flexibility to produce a range of concrete recipes without frequent material replenishment.
Dependable Cement Storage
A 50-tonne cement stock silo provides substantial on-site storage for continuous production. Sufficient cement capacity allows the operator to keep the plant running through busy periods without frequent deliveries, supporting smooth and efficient operation. Matched to the Compact 30's output, the silo ensures a steady supply of binder throughout the working day, helping the customer maintain an uninterrupted production rate.
Commissioned and Operator-Trained
Constmach assembly staff did more than install the plant: they completed trial production and trained the customer's operator to run it properly. Running trial batches confirms the mixing, weighing and discharge sequence under real conditions, so commercial production can begin with full confidence. Proper training of the operator ensures the team maintains consistent quality and operates the fully automatic Compact 30 efficiently from the start.
Strengthening Constmach in Hungary
This commissioning reflects Constmach's growing presence in Central Europe and its commitment to supporting customers well beyond delivery. By installing, trial-testing and handing over a fully operational Compact 30, the company has equipped its Hungarian customer with a dependable, high-quality concrete plant for many productive years ahead.
