Constmach Mobile 60 Concrete Plant Shipped to Conakry, Guinea

Constmach has shipped its Mobile 60, a full automatic mobile concrete plant rated at 60 m³/h, to a customer in Conakry, Guinea. The plant is equipped with a 1500/1000 single-shaft mixer, two 75-tonne cement stock silos and an aggregate prefeeding system. Installation will be carried out by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, providing the customer with a high-capacity mobile batching solution ready for demanding work.
High-Capacity Mobility for Guinea
Rated at 60 m³/h, the Mobile 60 offers substantial output while retaining the mobility that makes relocation between sites straightforward. For a customer in Conakry, this combination is ideal for serving the larger construction and infrastructure projects emerging in the region. The plant can be mobilised quickly and set up with limited site preparation, letting the operator begin producing concrete soon after delivery.
Powerful 1500/1000 Single-Shaft Mixing
At the heart of the plant is a 1500/1000 single-shaft mixer, sized to deliver the higher throughput the Mobile 60 is built for. Single-shaft mixers provide thorough, homogeneous mixing with robust mechanics and straightforward maintenance. This larger mixer ensures each batch is uniform even at high output, giving the Guinean customer the consistent concrete quality demanded by sizeable construction projects.
Generous Cement Storage
The plant is supplied with two 75-tonne cement stock silos, providing a combined 150 tonnes of on-site storage. This generous capacity is well matched to the Mobile 60's output, allowing the operator to keep the plant running through busy periods without frequent deliveries. Ample cement on hand is particularly valuable where supply logistics can be challenging, supporting uninterrupted production throughout the working day.
Efficient Aggregate Prefeeding
An aggregate prefeeding system is included to keep raw material flowing steadily into the plant. Prefeeding ensures the aggregate bins are continuously replenished, preventing interruptions and supporting the high output the Mobile 60 is designed to deliver. This addition improves efficiency on site, reducing manual handling and helping the operator sustain a steady production rate during long working shifts.
Full Automation for Consistent Output
The plant operates under full automatic control, governing the batching sequence precisely for repeatable results from batch to batch. Automation reduces the scope for operator error and allows a compact team to manage high-volume production efficiently. Combined with robust construction suited to demanding conditions, this ensures the customer in Conakry can rely on consistent quality and dependable performance over the long term.
Strengthening Constmach in Guinea
This shipment reflects Constmach's expanding presence in West Africa and its ability to deliver high-capacity mobile plants tailored to challenging markets. With installation by company supervisors to follow, the customer in Conakry can look forward to a smooth commissioning and dependable 60 m³/h concrete production for years to come.
