Constmach 200 tph Screening and Washing Plant Shipped to Hungary

Constmach has shipped a 200 tph capacity screening and washing plant to a customer in Hungary, strengthening the company's presence in Central Europe. The plant features a CVS-2060-4 vibrating screen, wheel and screw type washers, a feeding hopper and conveyors. It will be installed by Constmach supervisors in the coming days, with further news on the installation phases to follow.
Integrated Screening and Washing
This plant brings screening and washing together in a single integrated line, allowing the customer to classify and clean aggregate in one efficient process. By combining these functions, the system streamlines material handling and helps producers deliver consistent, well-graded products. The integrated approach is well suited to operations that need both accurate classification and high-quality washing from one installation.
200 tph Production Capacity
With a capacity of 200 tph, the plant is designed to handle substantial volumes of material, making it a strong fit for busy aggregate operations in Hungary. This level of throughput supports producers serving demanding construction and infrastructure projects. The capacity ensures the customer can maintain steady output and meet the requirements of high-volume work without bottlenecks.
Efficient Vibrating Screen
The CVS-2060-4 vibrating screen is at the heart of the plant's classification process, separating material into the required size fractions with reliable accuracy. A multi-deck screen of this size provides effective sizing across a range of products, allowing several graded fractions to be produced simultaneously. Its vibrating action keeps material moving steadily across the decks, supporting consistent separation. This ensures the customer receives properly graded aggregate suited to concrete, asphalt and other construction applications.
Wheel and Screw Washing
The plant combines wheel and screw type washers to deliver thorough cleaning of the processed material. Wheel washers are effective at removing fines and dewatering coarse aggregate, while screw washers clean and classify sand. Together they remove silt and clay, yielding clean products that meet construction specifications and add value to the customer's output.
Complete Material Handling
A feeding hopper and conveyors complete the plant, ensuring material moves smoothly from feed point to finished stockpile. The hopper provides a steady supply to the screen, while the conveyors transport material efficiently between stages. This well-integrated handling keeps the process flowing and supports the plant's high production capacity.
